Sammy Gyamfi has finally release the motif behind their Petition against the Electoral Commission and Nana Addo Danqua Akuffo Addo on the 2020 Presidential and Parliamentary polls.

He said" the fact is that, if all votes in Techiman South were added to the votes of candidate John Mahama, Candidate Akufo Addo would have dropped below 50%. The EC Chairperson and retuning officer, Jean Mensah lied when she said in her declaration that even if all votes in Techiman South were added to the 2nd Candidate, John Mahama, the first Candidate, Akufo- Addo will still obtain more than 50% of Total Valid votes. Her own declaration doesn' t support this claim."

According to Sammy Gyamfi, The results collated by the Electoral Commission doesn' t match that on the pink sheet, because the EC came out and announced that they have made a mistake only the figures of number of votes cast but reports shows that, Mrs Jean Mensah and the Electoral Commission changed the polls of John Dramani Mahama, they exceed about 1000 plus number of votes from the presidential candidate Mahama' s polls without telling anyone but what hurts him most is that, the EC lied because they said only the votes cast figures were changed.

He said" The case of John Mahama is simply that, the declaration of Candidate Akufo Addo as the winner of the 2020 Presidential elections is unconstitutional and null and void as Candidate Akufo- Addo didn' t get more than 50% of total valid votes per the declaration of the Returning Officer, Jean Mensah, hence must be set aside. "

Sammy Gyamfi Conclude that, The Electoral Commission unlawful verdict against the NDC opposition party have to be corrected because Mahama won the presidential election not Akuffo Addo.
