We Made A Mistake Within Our Petition But We Will Correct It In The Court Room, Lawyer Amaliba states

According to NDC Member of Parliament Lawyer Abraham Amaliba, there was a mistake within their Petition written to the Supreme Court against the Electoral Commission and Nana Addo Danqua Akuffo Addo.

Lawyer Amaliba said " Though we deviate with our petition letter which was written to the Supreme Court, but it won' t change anything, because if the Supreme Court read the letter they will find out that they were the first to be mentioned instead of the Electoral Commission and Nana Addo Danqua Akuffo Addo within the first paragraph, but If the Supreme Court finds it difficult, them we will correct it ourself in the Court room.

"Also the Electoral Commission and Nana Addo Danqua Akuffo Addo must accept this our protest so as for the Court to evaluate, because they're the one accused of this illegal fraudand that they must accept and are available to the Supreme Court otherwise we are going to continue our street protest."

He insists that, " The polls were rigged in favor of the incumbent and therefore the NDC will emerge as winners after the case is presented. Our evidence is watertight and Ghanaians will appreciate their allegations that the polls were rigged."

According to Abraham Amaliba, this petition will expose the rigging schemes utilized by the EC to declare the incumbent NPP winners of the polls.

He concludes that, The petition against the Electoral Commission and Nana Addo Danqua Akuffo are remained 9th January at Supreme Court in Accra, all the NDC supporters will match on their foot to the doorway of Supreme Court with a large demonstration which will even amaze the lawyers, just to point out that they're able to claim their victory from the New Patriotic Party and also to cope with the Electoral Commission in step with the Law.
